PRIVATE CIRCLE
Built with the people who carry the risk.
The Cyber Collective Lab is a private circle of 30+ CISOs and risk leaders from large enterprises who have met 6 times since December 2024 to shape (and challenge) the future of cyber risk governance. Spots are limited. Ideas aren’t.
WHY IT EXISTS
Great governance tools cannot be designed in a vacuum.
-
The observation
The same frustration, in very different organizations.
Mindlapse was born from field conversations with security leaders: growing obligations, multiplying tools, murky visibility.
-
The choice
We gave the field a permanent seat at the design table.
Three times a year, the Lab gathers in person on real problems: what a risk committee actually needs, where questionnaires fail, what an AI engine must prove before anyone trusts it.
-
The rule
Not a user club, and not a sales pitch.
A working session, peer to peer, whose conclusions directly shape the platform roadmap, edition after edition.
THE FORMAT
Three sessions a year. Real work.
-
In person, three times a year
A protected evening in Paris, three times a year, away from vendors’ slides and towards each other’s problems.
-
Peer exchange
Confidential, frank conversations between people who carry comparable responsibilities, the rarest resource in the industry.
-
Co-design workshops
Members test upcoming capabilities early, tear them apart, and decide with us what ships next. Influence is direct, not advisory.
-
Field-driven agenda
Topics come from members’ realities: NIS2 enforcement, third-party overload, AI governance, security by design, whatever the field actually demands.
THE SESSION LOG
6 editions. Real dates, real topics.
Every edition below took place on the date shown. The topics are the ones members brought to the table; sectors are named, companies never are.

WHO IT IS FOR
Security leaders with skin in the game.
The Lab is deliberately small and deliberately senior. Admission is selective to keep the conversation honest and the influence real.
- CISOs and deputy CISOs of large enterprises
- Heads of risk and cyber governance executives
- Leaders facing NIS2, DORA or equivalent regimes
- Practitioners willing to challenge, and be challenged
